Workflow automation for Utah businesses

If someone on your team copies data from one place to another every day, software can do that work. We build it, test it against your real process, and hand it over.

Tasks we automate

Spreadsheet to website

Rows in an Excel or Google Sheets file go into a web portal or form, one record at a time, with the results logged.

Reports by email

Completed jobs, daily totals or status updates are collected and sent to the right people on schedule.

Documents and forms

Information is read from PDFs, emails and forms, then put where it belongs.

Checks and reminders

The system finds missing information, late jobs and errors, then tells a person.

Example: one hour a day, automated

A Utah fiber contractor had a daily task with two parts. First, a person read job information from an Excel sheet and submitted staking information to a website. Second, the same person collected the completed jobs and sent them by email.

The task took about one hour each working day. We automated both parts. At five working days a week, that is about 250 hours a year returned to the business.

How we build it

  1. We sit down with you

In person at your office, or on a Google Meet call. You show us the task that eats your time.

  2. We map the process

We write down each step, each login and each file. You see the plan in plain language before we build.

  3. We build and test

We run the automation beside your current process until the results match.

  4. You take the time back

We hand over the working system, show your team how it runs, and stay on call for changes.

Common questions

Can you automate data entry from Excel into a website?

Yes. This is the most common task we see. The automation reads each row, logs in to the website, enters the data and records the result. A person reviews the log instead of typing.

What happens when the website changes?

The automation stops and reports the problem instead of entering bad data. We then update it. We build each automation to fail loudly, because silent errors cost more than a delay.

Is our data safe?

The automation uses your accounts and runs where you decide. We do not sell or share your data, and we ask for the least access the task needs.

Do you replace our staff?

No. We remove the repeated part of the job. Your staff keep the work that needs judgment, and they check what the automation did.

What if the task has exceptions?

Most tasks do. We list the exceptions during the first visit. The automation handles the common cases and sends the unusual ones to a person.
